Air suits cargo that is small or needs to arrive soon. Sea suits cargo that is large, heavy or in no hurry. As a rough guide, a parcel or small consignment travels door to door as Air Courier; from 20 kg we would usually recommend Airport Cargo, where you collect at the airport; and once a load runs into several cubic metres it is worth pricing sea freight alongside air. Whether you need collection and delivery, and whether you want shared space or a container of your own, still decides the service. Your cargo, route and current availability decide the price.

Do not assume they are included. Your written quotation must state who handles customs and whether duties, taxes, clearance and local delivery are included or payable separately.

Ask us. Updates come from the team rather than a self-service portal, so message us on live chat or WhatsApp with your shipping mark or booking reference and we will tell you where your cargo is. Shared loads often carry no customer-level tracking on a carrier website, which is why asking us gets you a straighter answer.

These goods may need special approval, packaging, documents or a different service. Declare them before dispatch and obtain written route and partner approval. Do not send dangerous or controlled goods without that approval.

Payment and collection fall due together: when your cargo arrives at our warehouse, the balance is payable and the goods are ready to collect. Dangerous goods, resin and other heavy goods are the exception. Payment for those is due before shipping, once the cargo has reached our Guangzhou warehouse and its weight and dimensions have been assessed.

Alcohol is dangerous goods. It can be shipped, but not in shared loads, which rules out Cargo Groupage and our China imports by sea and by air. Ask the team and we will tell you what is possible on your route.

No. An enquiry is a request for advice or a quotation. Price, availability, responsibilities, payment terms and acceptance must be agreed before a shipment is booked.

Cover is available on request rather than included by default. Ask before dispatch and we will arrange it, and you will have the provider, insured value, exclusions, excess and claims procedure in writing.
