Necessary browser storage

The enquiry form uses session storage, rather than a cookie, to preserve a draft in the current browser tab. The keys begin with sunesis-enquiry-v1. Drafts expire after 24 hours and are removed when an enquiry is accepted. Clearing a restored draft removes it and stops further saving for that form session. Your analytics choice is kept separately, under sunesis-consent-v1, so that it can be honoured on your next visit.

The service selector keeps the answers you give it, under sunesis-selector-v1, so that returning to the page within a day shows what it last suggested rather than four empty questions. The answers are held in this browser for 24 hours and are not sent anywhere. Clearing site data removes them, as does leaving every question unanswered.

No advertising pixels

No advertising pixels or remarketing tags are included, and Google Ads features are not enabled on the analytics property. Fonts and website imagery are served with the website rather than loaded from a third-party font or stock-photo service.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 runs on every page of this website to measure pages viewed, how visitors arrive and broad usage patterns. It stores identifiers in cookies beginning with _ga, which distinguish one browser from another and persist for up to two years. Google processes this data, including your IP address and approximate location, as described in its own privacy notice.

Nothing is stored and no measurement is sent until you allow it. Google consent mode starts denied on every visit, a banner asks for your choice, and the answer is kept in this browser under sunesis-consent-v1 so you are not asked again on this device. Declining, or ignoring the banner, changes nothing else about the website.

You can also refuse these cookies by blocking them in your browser or by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

Optional product analytics

Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights can additionally be enabled after privacy review. Their purpose is to understand page performance and broad actions such as service selection or enquiry acceptance. Form values, contact information and tracking references must not be sent in analytics events. URL query strings are removed from page analytics. They are currently disabled for this build. Any later advertising integration requires a separate consent and privacy review.

Managing storage

Clear a restored draft from the notice at the top of the enquiry form, close the tab, or clear site data in your browser settings. A draft is only ever kept in the tab you are using, and never reaches us until you send the enquiry.
