Who handles your enquiry
Sunesis Connect is the contact point for enquiries made through this website. Contact sunesisconnect@gmail.com or call +233 20 465 7651 for questions about your information or to request the verified legal entity details.
What you provide
Depending on your enquiry, we ask for your name, business name if relevant, preferred reply channel, contact details, shipment route, cargo measurements, goods description and sourcing or customs requirements. Some fields are optional. There are no file uploads or customer accounts.
Why it is used
Your details are used to understand and reply to your request, clarify the required service and prepare follow-up discussions. An enquiry is not a marketing subscription. Any later booking may require additional information and separate contractual terms.
How it reaches the team
The website is hosted on Vercel. Enquiry details are sent through Google Gmail SMTP to the configured Sunesis inbox. If you provide an email address, an acknowledgement containing your enquiry details may also be sent to you. No website database stores the enquiry. Google and the receiving mailbox will process and retain the email. Hosting and email providers may process data outside Ghana; the applicable transfer arrangements require review before launch.
Sharing and follow-up
Service delivery may require relevant information to be shared with the appropriate carrier, facility or authorised partner. The team should explain the purpose and scope before additional information is requested or shared. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or identity documents in the web form.
Browser drafts and retention
Your draft is saved in session storage in this browser tab for up to 24 hours. You can choose “Stop saving” in the form to remove the saved draft. Accepted submissions remove the draft from the tab. In-memory entries remain until you leave or reload. Email retention, backup handling and deletion arrangements must be confirmed in the approved retention schedule before launch.
Your choices and rights
Contact the team to ask about access, correction, objection or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable obligations. You may also contact Ghana’s Data Protection Commission. This notice does not claim that registration has been verified.
Security and measurement
The enquiry service validates input, restricts request origins and limits payload size. Full enquiry bodies and contact details must not be logged. Google Analytics 4 measures website usage on every page; it sets its own cookies and processes data including your IP address and approximate location.
