Using this website
This website provides general information about freight, customs coordination and assisted sourcing. The information helps you begin a conversation; it does not confirm availability, cargo acceptance or a shipment contract.
Enquiries, quotations and bookings
Sending a form is not a confirmed booking, final quotation, purchase instruction or authorisation to pay a supplier. A shipment or sourcing engagement requires an agreed written scope, applicable terms, acceptance and payment arrangements.
Rates and estimates
Any published rate is indicative and subject to its stated route, cargo category, date, minimums, assumptions and exclusions. Expired rates are withdrawn. Transit and clearance estimates depend on carriers, partners, documentation and official processes, and are not guarantees unless explicitly contracted.
Your cargo information
Provide accurate descriptions, weights, dimensions, values and contact details. Declare special, dangerous, restricted or controlled goods before dispatch. Do not send cargo or documents to a facility until the receiving instructions and acceptance are confirmed.
Customs and third parties
Regulated customs work is coordinated through appropriately authorised partners where required. Duties, taxes, official assessments and release decisions are not controlled by this website. A carrier tracking link is an external hand-off, not a direct integration or partnership claim.
Assisted sourcing
Sourcing support is not a marketplace and does not guarantee supplier legitimacy, product quality or delivery outcomes. Agree specifications, inspection requirements, commercial responsibility and fees before work starts.
Insurance, changes and claims
Insurance, cancellation, refund, delay and claims arrangements must be set out in the applicable service agreement. This website makes no promise of automatic compensation, free reshipment or blanket insurance cover. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
