Air is usually worth considering when timing matters or cargo is relatively small. Sea is often suitable for larger, heavier or non-urgent orders. As a rough guide, a shipment under 20kg travels door-to-door as Air Courier, from 50kg we would usually recommend Airport Cargo where you can collect at the airport, and above about 200kg it is worth pricing sea freight alongside air. Whether you need pickup or delivery, a full container or shared container space still decides the service; your cargo, route and current availability determine the price.

Do not assume they are included. Your written quotation must state who handles customs and whether duties, taxes, clearance and local delivery are included or payable separately.

Use the tracking reference and carrier named in your shipment documents on that carrier’s official portal. Consolidated cargo may not have customer-level carrier tracking, so ask Sunesis for an update using your groupage reference.
