Before your supplier dispatches.
- Share your cargo details. Include product descriptions, package counts, dimensions, weight and any special goods.
- Agree the receiving instructions. Obtain the current facility address, receiving contact, shipment reference and labelling rules from Sunesis.
- Brief each supplier. Give them the exact agreed instructions, plus any packaging or documentation requirements.
- Confirm readiness. Tell the team about supplier dispatches and discuss the consolidation cut-off for your shipment.
